Not the usual ”thumb sized” piece of rice with a thin slice if salmon; avocado or other topping here. I said gormet sushi chef ... he bluntly refused anything like it ... he demands to allow his creativity to flow. And, boy does it flow. Taste sensation guarantied ... when you’re in Tavira ... you simply have to pay this sushi resturant a visit. You will not be disappointed.
