We have eaten at Bambu twice this year so far It's just that good. My starter, last week, absolutely blew me away... quail on a large crouton, surrounded by fresh salad leaves and drizzled with the most amazing Madeira vinaigrette I've ever tasted. Lugar acogedor y trato excelente, tanto por parte de los camareros como por el chef que a veces sale a saludar después de dar el servicio.La comida exquisita! Además, siempre tiene opciones vegetarianas todas las semanas con menús muy variados.Y si avisas con tiempo en la reserva, se adaptan a cualquier intolerancia.Buena calidad/precio. Uno de los mejores restaurantes que tiene Alcoy!
