They used a large ham with a crispy brown sugar glaze, but this year's ham was low-quality and disappointing.

If you're looking to make a special occasion memorable or impress someone, Honey Baked Ham offers delicious ham and smoked turkey. The customer service is always excellent, and I've never had a bad experience. If you're within an hour of Benton's, be sure to try their phenomenal "smoked" ham and bacon. Overall, you can count on having an exceptional meal at either location.

I always order their bone-in Ham for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It's a must-have in my holiday celebration.

I stopped in for a sandwich yesterday and the two teenagers working behind the desk acted like I was the biggest inconvenience because I was there to purchase a sandwich.These teenagers probably don’t understand the repercussions of their customer service attitudes and how that affects the mindset of a patron who spends thousands of dollars with an entity over the course of a year. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, special occasions, extra gifts for clients and staff members… They don’t think about that and they don’t think about providing good customer service to the people who are in front of them. Hurry, Young workers… Get back to your Snapchat.

Had a small issue with a ham I ordered and the Alcoa location went above and beyond to make it right. I filled out a survey with my very minor complaint and they contacted me immediately. Their customer service was amazing, and the store itself was spotless and smelled delicious. Kelli was fantastic. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.
