Door dash seems to have a hard time getting it right. But the staff at panera does a great job they fixed my issueextremely quickly and even let me pick up the order instead. Which was great since I had a sick child at home who just wantedsome soup.

Bag was not sealed. Latte only had the stopper and no seal. When I order pickup, both stopper and seal are affixed. Delivery quality should be no less than a pickup. Also looks like someone drank from the latte. Disappointed inPanera?s quality control and in DoorDash delivery.

We ordered through the kiosks at the entrance and just hoped it worked. I like a little personal touch when I go out to eat. We found a table, wiped it down andsat down. In a few mins. They called our name. Food was good, I still think they are overpriced for 2 sandwiches and soup.
