O'charley's Restaurant And Bar - Alcoa

The food was incredible! I had the Southern surf and turf, and I can honestly say it had the best catfish I've ever tasted. It was prepared exactly how I requested, and I'm quite particular about my meals. Autumn provided exceptional service and was on top of everything.

Our lunch experience was fairly average. We picked this place for their free pie Wednesday, which unfortunately no longer exists. Since we were already there, we decided to stay. However, the lunch menu was quite limited, with only a few options available. I ordered the fish and chips from the regular menu. The fries were tasty, and the fish was decent, but the "generous serving" of cod consisted of just three small pieces. One of my companions ordered a lunch sandwich with soup; while the loaded potato soup was ample, it wasn't very appealing, and the sandwich resembled something you'd find at a supermarket deli. On a positive note, our server was attentive and friendly. However, we probably won't be returning.

The fresh, hot rolls served with butter are absolutely delicious! They taste amazing when dipped in O'Charley's ranch dressing. We ordered chicken tenders, fries, and a salad, all of which were satisfying. The chicken tortilla soup was also quite tasty. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is solid. The restaurant has a good entrance and exit, although it's slightly off the main road. There's plenty of parking available, and the staff is very friendly. Our waitress made sure our drinks were always full.

The food here is anyways great with reasonable prices. I love their honey mustard, might be my favorite out of any restaurant. Server was good and they did a good job with the covid rules. Definitely come here again. Update, food still good, server was beyond great.

A lot of the food is lacking in flavor. My friend had the chopped steak, and it was gross since the only hint of flavor was the nasty, meaty taste. Mashed potatoes were bland and had no flavor. I definitely don?t recommend their mac and cheese as it always has no flavor. The only good things we had on this visit were the rolls and my balsamic chicken. Also I noticed that some of the silverware was still dirty. The waitress was excellent and provided great service!
