Five Guys - Alcoa

Very slow service. 25 mins for a single patty. Requested no mushrooms, onions, tomatoes but still was placed on the burger.

12/28/2023 at 330pm we unwrapped the burgers and they looked like in a commercial! Bun was perfect. Cooked perfect. Fries, you already know! Friendly crew is also a plus!

I hate to do this, but this place Sucks! Super expensive!! Super lame food! 16$ for just a burger, and it comes plain. No condiments, no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, no anything! Burgers are soy, tasteless meat products. Over 60 bucks for the 4 of us, and it wasn't even gas station level food! I knew they were expensive, but they are expensive, and tasteless junk food! Give 20 bucks away and go eat McDonald's or something if you're looking for terrible burgers and oversalted fries. At least you'll feel better that way!

Haven't been to Five Guys in over 5 years. The food and service was great but I did not expect to pay nearly $13 for a bacon cheeseburger with no side and no drink. Prices are terribly high for a fast food joint. Ruby Tuesday has a better deal on their burgers and smash burgers and they also come with fries for considerably less!
