The sandwich was freshly made, hot, and paired perfectly with the fries. I also tried the Butterfinger concrete, which was delightful as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, always wearing smiles.

After placing our order, we were seated and received ou... read more Hello, This was my first and last visit to Culver’s. The restaurant appeared pleasant when we entered. After placing our order, we were seated and received our food in a reasonable time. However, the double patty burger I ordered was served as a single. When we informed the server about the mistake, we decided to just get an extra patty. Not a big deal, I thought. When the extra meat patty arrived, I added it to my burger and started eating. Everything seemed fine until I was about two-thirds through my meal and noticed the extra patty was undercooked. There was clearly raw meat, especially noticeable around the edges. I really hope I avoided most of it. At that point, both my wife and I lost our appetites, which was made worse by a guy at a nearby table who was openly carrying a large handgun. I showed the manager the undercooked meat as we were leaving, but her response was dismissive. She said she doubted I would get sick. I certainly hope not! She offered compensation, but by that time, all I wanted to do was leave. My wife saw her throw the undercooked burger straight into the trash. That’s probably the end of this story. We will definitely not be returning! Tom
