I think they have not had much training due to possibly being new and after the pandemic too with more experience the two girls who were looking after us Grace and Amy will be fantastic as they had a lovely way with the customer.

Lovely place to have Afternoon Tea . Very pleasant staff and lovely gardens . Food was excellent and enough to eat . Would recommend this hotel .
