Jimmy Beans Diner - Alcaucin

We went to the Valentine's Day evening. Really friendly service, couldn't fault the food, and excellent entertainment from the ZimmerZ. Looking forward to our next visit.

We were visiting a different venue event and the food there was awful (a WHOLE different story . So I went across to Jimmy Beans. It was brilliant!! They have only been trading for 3 months or so. I had two burger and chips to take away. €6 each and they were hot and delicious. The burgers must have been nearly 1 cm thick. Too much for my GF to finish, although I helped her out with that : I highly recommend trying this very new, English speaking (Belgian and English staff when I visited restaurant.

Absolutely terrible place. such a shambles. We went here twice, the first time, although they were out of almost everything on the menu and they seemed all over the place, the food was actually alright. However the second night was a disgrace. We waited an hour and 40 minutes for our food, they were waiting on a coca cola delivery and had nothing but orange juice mixed with lemonade even though there drinks menu had a long list of drinks. I ordered the BBq chicken only to be served chicken with blood running out of it. My sister found a long blonde hair in her coleslaw aswell. The waitress who served us was a delight and so apologetic even though the chef/owners never came to apologise they just allowed her to deal with it alone. Will not be going here again and I suggest anyone who sees it to give it a good miss trust me. One of the waitresses ignored us after I complained about the chicken being raw like it was our fault. what Happened to the customer always being right... considering salmonella poisoning could kill you they seemed utterly annoyed that we said anything. Like I said keep on driving when you see this place.
