The stay at Parador was really a wonderful experience. We were thrilled with the history of the Parador. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. What User doesn't like about Parador Alcañiz:
My starter of carpaccio of beef was Cooked, not raw as it should be, and my main course of Pork fillet with green pepper sauce was terrible, the sauce was so overpowering you couldn't taste anything other than the sauce, however my wife's food was perfect and she enjoyed every course. We were invited by some friends and decided by the truffle menu: the potato cream, merluza, solmillo and biscuit, all aromatized with these, tasty but not round dishes. Some of the other diners asked for other types of menus and some of the dishes had irry rations for the little one, it's not one of the best restaurants on the net I've been eating.
Cozy and quiet place. Good deal. tasty food.
We loved dinner. Quality/price is correct if we take into account the place where we are, of course.
