I liked the welcome dish served with a sparkling Sicilian grapes really delicious. a triumph for the palate all dishes of course including the revisitation of the Sicilian cassata by the chef. high prices but to the height of the above described. highly recommended for protruding palates and for those looking for delicious dishes for the palate.
Excellent renovated recently and well-kept in details, very friendly and professional modern staff and convenient location directly in the old town of alcamo. excellent cuisine both in the dishes and in the presentation of the same. compliments to the staff.
Sicilian cuisine. I was very pleased with the culinary experience of the jester. excellent welcome, perfect treatment and high-level dishes. high but just prices compared to the quality of service and raw materials.
Once again the jubilee staff does not disappoint! on a trip from mazara to raisi point, I could not avoid daring from the highway and climb to alcamo for a further degotation in one of my favorite Sicilian restaurants ... and it was worth it! I have limited myself to a taste of the “red shrimp cut”: an appetizer formed by a delicious mazara shrimp tartara with fig india (a short or late) ... excellent presentation and combination of flavors particularly matched. on the “Tattooli in zuppetta di gallinella with musk of spinach, fungus lyophilized and chlorophyll of parsley” I would have nothing else to add, if it is not worth explaining the preparation of some components of this first dish to realize how much the chef angel loves to experiment (without ever exceed) new things. very pleasant environment, excellent welcome and friendly and impeccable service from good and beautiful irene.
The restaurant has a strong care for details, from location to kitchen. In my case I also tasted frolla, madagascar and puff: pure libidine!
