Salinas E Tapas - Alcacer Do Sal

This was a surprise and absolute delight. Wonderful staff helped us choose a series of incredible dishes: fried fish with coriander rice, steak with asparagus mash, wild boar and fried prawns. An unexpected food highlight in an unassuming and humble restaurant.

Went here because the first option had a big queue and we wanted to be on our way to the beach quickly. We were hesitant because it looks like a cheap cafe type place and that can be a good or bad thing. This one was a great surprise! Very good food and friendly staff at a good price.

Went here based on TripAdvisor recommendations. It is a bit further walk from Pousada, but worth it. At 7.15 we were the first diners, but by 8.30 it was nearly full clearly very popular with locals and regulars. It has a cost family feel and the waiter spoke good English, which helped to understand the menu. We chose calamari and mushroom starters, which arrived promptly and were large portions. One would probably have been enough for the two of us. The sauces were excellent. We were advised to share one main course of the “Secret Black Pork”, which was good advice, as the portion size was huge. A lot of excellent meat, with the traditional Migas a mixture of breadcrumbs, herbs and other ingredients, plus a bowl of locally made crisps. We would have liked some green vegetables, but that would not appear to be the local custom. The meal was accompanied by an excellent local red wine. Fantastic value for money.

Grande jantar! conselhos de entrada ovos mexidos com coelho aspargo e vinaigrette. o sabor de coentros destaca-se. próximas costeletas de cordeiro com migas, divinois! filetes de peixe de pau com arroz de coentro outra maravilha, terminamos com um bolo de chocolate cremoso. O serviço era de cinco estrelas. e serviço super rápido. para repetir! parabéns à excelente organização da cozinha.

Passar pelo sal foi sugerido para nós este restaurante quando procurámos lugares para o almoço e foi uma surpresa agradável. Serviço muito simpático e profissional. Refeições bem feitas e com boa apresentação. bons produtos. Pedimos ovos com um peido para entrada. Para pratos principais pedimos filés de peixe de galo com arroz de tomate e bochechas de porco com migas de aspargos. Tudo delicioso. bom preço por refeição e pessoa. Recomendamos
