An unexpected food highlight in an unassuming and humble restaurant.

I came here on purpose, having traveled more than 200 km to have lunch here. I haven't had such a negative experience in many years! Service was total let down. I waited 1.20 hours !!! for grouper rice, which is unacceptable. that day they had accepted extra lunches according to themselves. However, during the time I had to wait, there were several incidents: I had to get up twice to get a menu and order at the counter, I had to open my own bottle of wine because the waitress didn't know how to use a corkscrew and a set of adventures. The grouper and cockle rice was good but not exceptional! Shrimp rice is tasteless and the meat is very rigid As usual, I tried to give constructive feedback on the experience with a view to improving the house , and my comments were received with arrogance and arrogance.
