Food was ok. Staff very pleasant.Obviously the boss man , talking out of hand to young staff members. Appalling. No excuse for bitterness & ridicule in public.Won't return. Appears a lookalike boss runs another establishment in this town also. Same filthy attitude to staff here too.Won't recommend stopping on our next trip through.
I went to eat lunch, and ordered the warm lamb, pumpkin and feta salad. The flavours were nice, the lamb did have a slight fatty taste to it though, but all in all was pretty good. My brother ordered from the breakfast menu and had a bit of everything (mushrooms, eggs, toast, spinach, bacon, tomato ect) and said that he normally really enjoys meals at Electra cafe, bit not this time, he said it didnt have much taste at all. Coffee was good, and the waitress very friendly and attentive. Didnt take too long to get our meals. We sat right up the back of the cafe, and found it a little bit cramped with the tables squashed in the back
A quick review of the menu showed a decent breakfast selection at very good prices, much less than you'd expect to pay elsewhere. Coffee was very nice and service prompt and friendly. The eggs bene with bacon didn't disappoint on a chilly winter morning either. Certainly worth a second visit.
Options seemed to be closed. We stumbled upon this little gem of a cafe called Café Rossi and I'm so glad we did! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the decor was simple yet charming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the avocado smash on sourdough toast and it was one of the best I've ever had. My partner had the bacon and egg roll and couldn't stop raving about it. The coffee was also top-notch. Overall, a hidden gem in Albury that I highly recommend checking out. 5 stars!
