Yanni usually provides a good experience with both the food and service, but my recent visit for New Year's Eve was an exception. I had made a reservation through OpenTable, but when I arrived, the host—a broad-shouldered man with facial hair—told me that they had no record of my reservation. It turns out they had closed OpenTable for New Year's Eve, which created quite a bit of confusion. I mentioned that I had call... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Yanni's Lemoni Lounge:
I was disappointed with my latest visit to Yanni's. The appetizers were good, but the filet was only okay, and the mashed potatoes were dry, cold, and lumpy. Plus, an entree that expensive should have included salad or soup. The service was excellent, but adding a 20% gratuity without my say so didn't sit well. I would have tipped 20% anyway, but it should have been optional. Overall, the value for the money just was... View all feedback.
In the night there was no reservation for me that put us in a müll. yanni says they have a lot annoyed with open table. I will not use you again
We have never had any problems in the past., but this time there were several issues. First of all, we were there at 4:00. so there were not yet many diners. We had a bottle of wine, that was very good. The entrees were excellent, especially the duck. However, our 3 entrees were served on ice cold plates. We tried to get our waitress and finally had to ask bus boy to find her. By the time she arrived, we had started to eat, fearing our food would soon be a cold as the plates. We finished the entrees and asked for 3 coffees, 2 baklava/ice creams and one chocolate mouse cake. Coffee arrived and it was laced with cinnamon. We sent waitress back for plain coffee. The desserts were brought to us, but no coffee, We started eating the desserts.....the disappointing desserts..dry cake, ice cream had a sprinkling of baklava crumbs. Coffee arrived when we had almost finished the desserts... and the coffee was very weak. We may eat there again and just have wine and entrees on warm plates), but forget about dessert and coffee. We could have better at home.

My date and I made last minute reservations and I was surprised to get in but we had a late dinner and everything worked perfectly. Dinner was delicious and the service was excellent.
It was not a memorable meal except the bill. The salmon (market price) was over cooked and extremely salty the portion was also very small, which I don’t mind but did not match the price. And if you charge MP, it needs to be cooked properly. Service was slow, but not outrageously so. Just enough to be stressful when we only had an hour and 15 mins. We had to ask for the check with our entree. The wine price by the glass are exorbitant! $17/glass for a bottle that costs $22 (Sonoma Cutrer). The salad ordered was hugely oversized and comprised of lettuce. The portions need to be reworkedand the wine prices and selection improved. I am sorry to say that a favorite location may come off my list after this dining experience.
