My Chilean sea bass, once it cooled down, was... read more The atmosphere and service were fantastic. However, while the food was enjoyable, it didn’t match the price point. My Chilean sea bass, once it cooled down, was quite chewy. I was supposed to have roasted potatoes with my dish, but there were only three, and they were overly salty. There was a large portion of bok choy. The filet was flavorful, but we’ve had better quality at other upscale restaurants. Overall, it was a nice experience, but we’re unlikely to choose fine dining again, as the price we paid felt inflated compared to the quality of the meal we received.

It is also very expensive, but everything including water and the help has to be brought up on the tram or driven up the backside of the mountain. Ten3 is definitely a worthy experience!

Our waiter (Cruise/Cruz) was unprofessional and quite simply, a jerk. When I asked him about the entrées, he was rude and asked me how many times have I eaten at the restaurant before. I was asking questions since it seems like the wedge salad was a play on a wedge salad and the macaroni and cheese isn't traditional which is totally fine, but I wanted to know if the filet would be traditional or a play on the dish. He was so unbelievably confrontational that we lost our appetites, asked for the check and left before our entrees. I waited tables for many, many years and never made a customer feel belittled. I was in fear of my safety with combativeness tone. Beyond his attitude, his pace in ordering was too fast compared to the patrons around us and he never described a dish to us like I could hear the waiter to the left of us doing. He needs an attitude adjustment. We tipped him 20% and left without another confrontation but I'm sure if you look at his percentages of tips he'd be on the low end. You may be saving money by having boots on the ground with him but you're losing more with folks like me sharing my bad experience with others.

Just don't go early to have a drink at the bar as they have no place for you to sit... read more Great evening with good friends and our waiter was excellent and attentive. Just don't go early to have a drink at the bar as they have no place for you to sit inside if you want a drink before dinner and the patio was way to cold. We had no idea we could not do that. Food was excellent. Could have a few more vegan options. I requested vegan options when I made reservations and to our pleasant surprise our waiter knew this. He was really good.
