Some customers have complained of poorly cooked dishes and disappointing flavors, while others have raved about succulent meats, flavorful curries, and generous portions. The restaurant is praised for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and vegan/vegetarian options, but criticized for the high prices. Despite mixed reviews, phone service is commended for being helpful and friendly. Overall, Taste of India seems to offer a variety of options for Indian cuisine lovers, although consistency and prices may be factors to consider before dining there.
Once you try the homemade dishes at this restaurant, you can taste the love that goes into each flavorful bite. The family and staff are friendly and truly value their customers. I highly recommend the lunch buffet, which features a variety of authentic options including naan bread. Absolutely delicious!
Showed up a little late for the buffet but they let me anyway so thank you. The service was great. Food was delicious.
We went for lunch on a Saturday. A very nice atmosphere quiet and serene. Customer service is very good. The lunch buffet comes with naan (garlic or plain) and dessert. Each of the entrees had a distinct and subtle flavor. Lots of choices for vegetarians. The only negative would be the price 14.99 per person. Mostly everything on the menu is that same price. So the cost for lunch for 2 people ends up being about $40 if you order water to drink.
The food was tasty overall. The pani-puri was just okay, but the other dishes were delicious.
This is one of the best Indian restaurants that my family and I have tried and I am giving 5 stars not just because of the food but for the great service.
