Perfect stop on a Route 66 road trip: a classic new Mexican street house that serves very good new Mexican dishes in a classic atmosphere.

Excellent restaurant! New Mexican food. I had Steak and Enchiladas. The steak was cooked exactly as I like, with medium-sized rarity. Enchiladas were cheese and green chili, which were very good plus beans and papas. Big part, the price was great and we didn't leave hungry! The staff was very nice and made us welcome. They were also very attentive. We definitely go back!

The workers there were amazing and more than willing to make sure that we had the best experience ever. It succeeds with flying colors. My wife and I loved the food and we were near the kitchen watching how the chef gave orders to the Sous cook, in turn gave orders to the other chefs. It was an amazing experience to see a well oiled machine best. When the food was prepared, the waiting staff carefully took out the food with the missing beat to wait anxiously hungry customers. Not only do they have our food hot and ready, but at the same time they had orders for customers who called food there. We'll eat there again. If you go there, expect the best, they are God bless.

Another hidden Albuquerque gem!!! Wonderful service! Everyone that works here is so kind and welcoming! They make you feel at home. I love all the options they have because finding a place to eat with 5 picky kids can be challenging but my kids LOVE the spaghetti (yes it?s amazing) and I love the steak fingers! If I wasn?t on the other side of town I would eat here way more often! Keep up the great work Mac?s!!!

1st time trying this place. Didn't disappoint, had the house club with fries. Big menu to choose from. Big variety of Mexican food. Big portions. My husband and I ate for only $45. Also included in the price was two Stella Artois. Meal so big had to bring 1/2 home. Extremely friendly staff, place gets busy, but staff makes sure to stop by table to make sure everything is going well.
