I think we caught them at a busy time, but by the time I got my ice cream, my husband's was melting . I'd go back when they're not as busy and can focus on making sure all my toppings were added. Pleasant customer service and a large selection. Non-dairy options as well! View all feedback. What Bill B doesn't like about Icicles:
Very bizarre way to get ice cream. First you place your order on a screen and then wait till they fill your order. It's a very slow process roll up theice cream and fill a cup. If there's customers ahead of you, you're in store for a long wait, not including the Door Dash that you don't see. Took us a half an hour to get our rolls. They were good, have to admit, but not worth the hassle. View all feedback.
