I really love this place and I loved its style. It's really the only theater chain option I had that didn't show commercials. Like, the commercials I quit paying for cable to avoid. Now they have those and it's a really hard quality drop for my enjoyment level. Considering what food, drink, and ticket prices are, I have to believe their decision to start showing commercials is pure greed. I wish they'd at least move... View all feedback.
It would have been nice to have a foot rest. Also, when there is a price difference between what the customer is quoted and the actual price, the customer should be made aware and offered a chance to modify the order.Also, even the employees know the automated ticket purchase kiosks don't often work properly.It's a nice idea, but there are issues to sort out.
This was awesome.. It's been years since I was at a cinema cafe but that is what you get. You get your ticket go to your seat and have a large tray at your seat. A Waitperson comes over takes your order and delivers it while you watch a movie. They have appetizers, entree, popcorn, icee's and alcoholic beverages. Many types of beers and cocktails made with wine. We tried the cheese curds, potato boats and popcorn. All was wonderful. Will definitely be back!FYI they automatically charge you an 18% gratuity charge.
I took my family of 4 to see a movie yesterday at Flix Brew House. We all had dinner during the movie and we also ordered 4 drinks. They brought our food out but no drinks so we were half way done with our dinner and still no drinks. So I told the waiter we need our drinks. He went to go check on our drinks and he brings 2 drinks for the people sitting right next to us who ordered way after us and never brought our drinks. We finished our entire meal and still no drinks so I went down to go ask them and all of our drinks are sitting outside the theater. I inform the waiter that we are finished with our meal. And we didn't even get our drinks. And he said he would take the drinks off of our ticket which he never did. The other thing is their process of billing customer out is terrible, at the end of the movie we were tired it was already midnight and we wanted to get home but they hadn't crashed us out or any other customers so there was a line of people waiting to be cashed out right outside the theater. What they need to do is they need to notice when the movie is 3/4 of the way over and start cashing people out and giving them their receipt at that time that way people can go home right after the movie is over instead of tracking them down to get their receipt. When I informed the female manager of what happened she was not even apologetic at all like she didn't care maybe she was stressed but she acted Like she really didn't care. I spent over a hundred dollars last night and we should have way better customer service than that. We were in theater 7 at 9:30. I just want to mention that in case there's other managers I don't want any other managers to get in trouble if that was not their section.
One of our family 's favorite things to do, food is always good, and servers are great.Especially the server who was Miles he made my kids visit so special my youngest couldn 't stop talking about how he really met him
Service was terrible. We had TWO servers, neither were great when bringing out our food and it came out late (we were the first ones to order in the theater). We had to ask for ranch three times and were told “we’re working on it”. We then proceeded to attempt to order popcorn. Surprise!!! It never came after asking twice. The first server never came again, the second server seemed bugged when I had asked for the ranch and popcorn the final time. The last time they came around was to give us the check. Completely uncomfortable, especially when the people next to you ordered after you and got their food before you. We had the same exact servers. For the price and gratuity tip (that we have no say on), you would expect better service.
