It's a stone, it's a chain, her bagels are good. what I was amazed to learn is how many of her bagels just happen to be vegan. some of their gourmet bagels are vegan (also the French toast, whose zimtzucker bagel is not vegan.

Our friends have gotten us hooked on Einstein Brothers Bagels. We buy a dozen to freeze so we can eat them as we want them. Very good. You can eat in or take out.
I wish they had more vegan options, like a vegan schmear or more choices, but they do offer delicious vanilla hazelnut coffee and a variety of vegan bagels.
