Domino's Pizza - Albuquerque

My delivery driver Miranda from the Rio bravo location was very kind and professional and I appreciated her service very much.

"I’m writing this review to share my fantastic experience and give another 5-star rating! The pizza was fresh, and the delivery driver, Kevin, brought along red pepper and Parmesan cheese, which was a nice touch! South Valley Domino's (Rio Bravo) truly impresses! I ordered a specialty pizza that had quite a few toppings, which I know can be tricky: Garlic Parmesan sauce with extra spinach, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, light mushrooms, and light feta cheese. It was absolutely amazing! While I didn’t take a picture before diving in, I did capture an 'after' shot (the oil on the box is olive oil, which I generously added). Thank you, Anthony, for the excellent delivery!"

They always prepare my pizzas perfectly. Occasionally, they mix up my toppings, but that doesn't affect my rating because they always fix it. The staff is great—friendly and very helpful.

I arrived about an hour before closing, and I was really impressed with how delicious the pizza was. They also informed me about some helpful options available. I highly recommend this place—10/10!

I was informed that delivery would take 30 to 40 minutes, so I called at 3:30 PM for an update. After two calls, I was told the order would arrive by 4:20 PM, but it didn’t. I called again at 4:40 PM and was told the driver had just left, but when I eventually spoke with the driver, I discovered that the General Manager had forgotten to include two ranch dressings and a drink. I certainly wasn’t going to wait another hour for the missing items to arrive. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my experience.
