What Johnathon Bechtelar doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Yesterday, I had pizza, wings, and bread at this restaurant and I have been suffering from the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced since 4 o'clock. Can you believe this? Do they not have proper food handling procedures?! I have already filed a report with the health department. View all feedback.
Wow. I wish there was a chance to leave 0 stars. I didn't think to look at the reviews, and I regret that I didn't. I gave an order today at 12:36. it is now 1:52 clock. almost 2 hours later and they did not deliver my order! I called three times and was hanged twice. I am still on the line to talk to blair “the manager” and to talk to someone else. I was put in the grip for 15 minutes. I was told by the delivery driver marisol that I will be in service for a while, unless I call back after 4 o'clock and talk to crick. that's so unprofessional. when they read this review, they don't spend their money here. Of course, before I submitted this review, I wanted to check if my eating was cold and it is. I'm so disappointed!
The worst service I have experienced in such a long time. Called my order in at 730 pm told I would get my order by 8:15pm by 930 when my food still hasn’t arrived I called the store to be told there are five orders ahead of me and since they are about to close at 10p they aren’t making anymore orders. After explaining how that’s unacceptable I ask to speak to the manager I get hung up on. I have to call back 5 times before I get Devin the manager on the phone who is No help, has no intention of being helpful just wants me to know he’s not the one who took my order so it’s not his fault. Umm you’re the manager buddy it may not be your fault but it’s your problem to fix. He proceeds to yell at me Ill just cancel your order and hangs up on me. I get that everyone is short handed and places are behind but if you are so backed up and short handed, letting your customers know ahead of time that there are really long waits or that you aren’t even taking anymore orders would be helpful. The way in which Devin handled this situation was quite immature and he should possibly have more training in management because he clearly has had none!
Must be the labor shortage but the curbside delivery really means you park, wait past expected delivery time and then walk in, wait in line and pick up your pizza. This is the new reality. Live with it. Pizza was tasty, though.
This is by far the worst dominos. They have not been able to deliver basically at all and I’m one street down, keep in mind it’s no where near the end of delivery time. Also they take a lot more time then they should from prep to the driving. Calling to speak with managers is a lost cause they just say one minute and leave you on the phone until you hang up.
Thank you Darius for delivering the best pizza I've had all year. You were very professional and kind, which I don't see much of these days. Stay happy and humble ? Wish I could have tipped you more.
