What Sean Elkins likes about Bill's Off Broadway:
My absolute favorite spot on Capitol Hill. All of the staff are awesome, friendly people. The pizza is the best, by far, and their chicken wings are excellent! I'm fortunate enough to live nearby, wings and a cold beer sound perfect right about now I think I'll head on over! View all feedback.
