Reviews - 2000 Millenium
Reviews summary
Recent visits to a long-standing Vietnamese restaurant have yielded mixed reviews, reflecting a significant transition. While some diners rave about the delicious pho, attentive service, and generous portions of dishes like shrimp spring rolls and curry shrimp vermicelli, others lament a decline in food quality and consistency. Customers noted cold and poorly reheated dishes, diminishing portion sizes, and concerns over service under new ownership. Despite the evolving experience, the restaurant remains a beloved spot for many seeking authentic Vietnamese comfort food, though some regulars are reconsidering their loyalty. Overall, the restaurant now presents a complex dining experience.

What Daniel Lujan dislikes about 2000 Millenium:
The new staff offers attentive service, but sadly, the quality of the food has greatly diminished. We've been loyal customers at this restaurant for almost a decade, and we might have to stop visiting. I wish them all the best, but it simply doesn't match the standard it once had. Rating: 2/5 for the food. View all feedback.

The food was great. I had noodles that were fresh and it ended with an Avacado Shake, that was very good. Absolutely a wonderful Vietnamese food experience. Don't miss it.
Had the bbq pork plate. Delicious, fresh and good. The staff was super attentive and friendly. Bathrooms could be cleaner, especially the toilet
I love the #40 beef stew... With the white bean sprouts... I recommend... And one of their signature series watermelon frozen drinks....
In the city of NYC, Pho was after many meals of delicious (but heavy) New Mexican cuisine. This place was really great. Nice menu, fast service and delicious food. The place is super low key that was perfect as single. Pho was excellent. You even have free Wi-Fi! Keep in mind that they stopped sitting at 8:15, so I want to get there before to sit and dine!

Everything I’ve had at 2000 Vietnam is yummy plus their chili oil is righteous, iced tea is a delightful jasmine green with fresh limes (and free refills), service is SO nice — we are all “sweety” here — and I just love a place adorned with backlit food photos; they make me extra excited to eat. Do wish they had beer though.
The service was real good and the food even better ! I made a mistake on my order and they gladly changed it , best fried rice ?
Told when I got there waiter told me new owner. I still ordered my normal dish which is now #53. Got food desent tym started to eat and the vermicelli noodles were cold. Told them this suppose to be nice fresh hot plate. Kindly took back which I thought were going make me Fresh noodles which they brought back my plate that had been thrown in microwave.. noodle were all soggy and gross. They couldn't understand I came out to eat fresh food. If I wanted microwave food I would have stayed home. They didnt ahe to understand.. they keep say now it hot... so I just left. My favorite restraint now gone.. suxz...
Best Vietnamese food in Albuquerque. Ms Tran is always welcoming and friendly. My family's favorite Asian restaurant!

Fabulous pho! Go hungry, the servings are huge. The vegetarian pho my friend ordered was just as full of ingredients as my Special Beef pho. Almost as wonderful as being in Vietnam again.
This place is not as good as it used to be There are new owners . I used to love going here but now I do not. Has the same menu as the previous owners but it comes with less food. I ordered a fried Shrimp plate the menu says ten shrimp but the owner gives you eight and tries to tell you they are bigger than the other shrimp. So talk about Bait and switch. So I guess my new favorite is cafe de lat . Change your menu to direct more accuracy so its not false advertising.
10 out of 10 would highly recommend if you want a great authentic Vietnamese meal. If you live nearby and haven't gone, you are missing out. If you are just passing through, this should be on your radar for a place to stop and eat.

The food was excellent! I enjoyed some fresh noodles and ended my meal with a delicious avocado shake. It was truly a fantastic Vietnamese dining experience. Definitely worth a visit!
I can't get enough of the #40 beef stew! The addition of white bean sprouts makes it absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying it. Also, don't miss out on one of their signature watermelon frozen drinks!
I was visiting from NYC and craving some Pho after indulging in the delightful, but heavy, New Mexican cuisine. This restaurant was fantastic! It had a nice menu, quick service, and delicious food. The atmosphere was very relaxed, which was perfect for dining alone. The Pho was excellent, and they also offer free Wi-Fi! Just a heads-up: they stop seating around 8:15, so make sure to arrive before then if you want to dine in!
