This bar was a stone’s throw from our hotel we visited a couple of times for a few pre dinner drinks found the new owner a young lad that’s only been there a month very friendly enthusiastic. A great place for a reasonable priced bevvy to take in some live sports on the big screen. Great pint of San Mig he tells me he has Guinness on draft coming soon. Wish him all the best for the future in taking over this new vent... View all feedback.
What AVtravelz doesn't like about The New Dubliner:
I stopped off here with a big group of people and was surprised by the slightly eclectic menu offering anything from pzza to gammon steak to curry to lasagne. The staff were friendly and it is clearly an english establishment catering primarily to English clientele. The food when it arrived was surprisingly good quality and fast, it allowed us all to top up on much needed nourishment before we continued on our journe... View all feedback.
We found the New Dubliner to deliver exactly what it advertises. A good pub with generously portioned meals and friendly service. The Nachos were a real highlight, we also had a cheeseburger, club sandwich and kids pizza meals. Both the adult meals came with a decent side salad and clear plates all round signalled everyone was happy. If you want a more authentic portugese experience go elsewhere but if your after a decent british pub meal at a good price then this would be your place.
We stay here a lot, first time visiting The New Dubliner, we will be back, food is good and you get a massive portion for a good price. Lovely pub grub! Staff are friendly and all good fun too!
When we went to the New Dubliner for breakfast we were amazed at the friendliness of the staff. They were happy to help us with anything and made great food whilst they were at it. The food was impeccable and everything on the menu could be changed to suit allergies. The menu had a wide range of things to chose from. I highly recommend the New Dubliner and would not hesitate to go again. Written by J aged 11.
Arriving at our villa at 9pm we were all starving and ready for food. We received a very warm welcome from the staff. Service was quick. Good selection of pub grub to suit everyone. My spicy chicken burger was lovely. 4 adults and 4 kids ate a main meal with drinks for just €102. Very happy. Will be popping in again at some point during our break. The kids can't wait to visit again and ticked all our boxes!
We thoroughly enjoyed our overall experience at The New Dubliner! The food was absolutely delicious, and perfectly cooked. We were gutted we didn't find out about The New Dubliner until the night before we flew home otherwise we would have eaten and drank there most nights if not all! We can't recommend a visit enough, the staff definitely made us feel welcome and the empty plates speak for themselves!
