The... read more The nicest breakfast we've found in the Algarve! Make sure you check out the secret patio dining area out the back, as it's nice and shady for a late lunch. The family who run are very friendly and the food is top quality. We decided to go for a full English breakfast and poached eggs with salmon on toast at 2pm, great service!

Big shout out for this cafe. If you are in the area and don't want to do the big restaurant thing, try here. Felt immediately welcome on the first day of our holiday, so that was it I don't think we missed a day from then on, whether it was for a beer, coffee or snack. Total agree with other reviews, it is a little gem. Very easy to sit and watch the world go by whilst enjoying a cold beer or wine out the front. Alternatively there is a small courtyard area out the back. We hope to return to Portugal in September /October so this will be one of the first places we revisit.
