Snack A Caravela - Albufeira

My twin brother Stephen and I were wandering towards the wonderful Old Town when we decided to drop into Snack Bar A Caravela, a bar I always look forward to visiting on any holiday I take to this sun drenched resort. This bar looks super, the main room is dominated by a solid wood and glass fronted serving bar, great decor and furnishings, nice wall art and tv's to enjoy the sport, theres also plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling streets around Snack Bar A Caravela. We were here on a Saturday afternoon, bar was busy with a great atmosphere, we got bottles of Sagres beer, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just chilled out and took in the great bar we were in. My beer was really good, Sagres beer is such a wonderful light and hoppy beer,bursting with taste,very easy to drink,a beer style I really enjoy,as an added bonus the bottles only cost €1.20c a bottle, amazing value for money. We really enjoyed our beers in here and the great vibe so much so that we ended up staying for another beer each before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Snack Bar A Caravela is easy to locate, walk down Avenida Dos Descobrimentos in the direction of the Old Town and cut onto Rua Bartolomeu Dias were you will find this bar. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 10am till Midnight. A great bar,well worth checking out if your in the area.
