With... read more We went early evening on New year's eve hoping for a relaxing meal before going out for the night .the waiter was very nice and made a few recommendations. Within 2 mins of getting our poppadom starter our main courses arrived so had to rush through the poppadoms. I ordered a chilli garlic chicken but it was more like a Chinese sweet and sour I didn't like it at all. Lacking flavour ,the lamb Rogan josh was ok . He recommended the more expensive wine I would recommend the house wine . All in all we left within 30 mins .

Everything was lovely just perfect. I judge a place by there popadoms and here they were perfect, very light and crunchy with cumin seeds which was a nice touch. The black Dahl was to die for. There is a lot of competition around here especially from the clay oven across the road which is always packed, well this place absolutely smashed it. We eat a hell of a lot of Indian food all over the world we think we know what we are talking about. A very friendly place with great food .
