The pepper steak was fantastic, perfectly cooked and the pepper sauce was really tasty. The piri piri chickem was great, my Mrs had it all three visits. Their version seems slightly spicier than some of the others we tried, but I think they also offer a non spicy version which might suit some people. Best bit about this place was the really friendly staff, first class service from all.

My friends tried it 3 other places in Albufeira and none came close. Order it as it comes with their sauce and you won’t be disappointed.

We all ordered the piri piri chicken and we had been told it was the best piri piri in the Algarve. We were predefined with a platter or chips, platter of salad and what can only be described as a platter of chicken bones! There was very little meat on the bones! When the waiter asked if everything was ok he was really surprised when we said no!! We asked for the piri piri to be served separately as we had a chick with us and again this was a plate of bones and a teapot of sauce which was literally oil with some chilli peppers in! Waiter was not interested and just said that’s how we serve it in Guia! No wonder the place was empty and was closing at 10! Not recommended at all!!!!

Did not read the reviews but took our chance because the waiters were s... read more Looked up trip advisor and found this restaurant close by to the Adego do Cantor winery. Did not read the reviews but took our chance because the waiters were so friendly and invited us in despite the reviews! Pleasantly surprised! Reasonably priced and tasty food. Enjoyed. Try it when you are near Albufeira. Great value for money. It was Monday so the restaurant is understandably quiet. Worth a visit.
