The service was slow, the wine was corked and the food was dreadful. I was looking forward to enjoying a beetroot risotto, but instead a plate of grey rice appeared with grey lumps of meat in it. When I finally managed to speak to the waitress she just laughed. Another member of staff appeared and offered my a complimentary plate of salad leaves as a replacement. My friend and I had had a plate of leaves as a starter! To add injury to insult it took a further 20 minutes to get the bill

Everything was swimming in grease even the salad had been overdressed with oil! The chicken was small, and I mean small, pieces and it was impossible to identify which part of the chicken they were from. Every piece was bones with little meat on. The salad, which had been ordered for two people, was the size of a garnish in any other restaurant and the fries were of the thin, frozen variety. Yes it was cheap but for the quality and quantity it was still overpriced. Would definitely not recommend this place if you want an edible meal!

The pepper steak was fantastic, perfectly cooked and the pepper sauce was really tasty. The piri piri chickem was great, my Mrs had it all three visits. Their version seems slightly spicier than some of the others we tried, but I think they also offer a non spicy version which might suit some people. Best bit about this place was the really friendly staff, first class service from all.

My friends tried it 3 other places in Albufeira and none came close. Order it as it comes with their sauce and you won’t be disappointed.
