This is without a doubt the worst KFC I have ever visited. 1 hour wait time for a small order, lots of customers however it seemed that no food was being made i... read more This is without a doubt the worst KFC I have ever visited. 1 hour wait time for a small order, lots of customers however it seemed that no food was being made in the kitchen Miserable, unhappy staff I honestly have never seen such sad faces on workers in any food chain in my entire life. Manager/supervisor seemed to be arguing with a subordinate, moments later I spotted the same manager on their phone all whilst a large queue was growing due to the lack of food being served as more and more customers ordered Unsanitary hygiene conditions throughout restaurant, food from previous customers was left out on tables not picked up by staff during my visit My meal was not up to scratch, I got a 6 piece chicken bucket and was disappointed to find that one piece was extremely small Overall impression I got from staff was that most of these customers are just tourists and so the quality of food and service did not really matter Please take your money elsewhere, I thought this could be a quick bite to eat before heading to the old town, this experience was a huge inconvenience which wasted my time. If you want “slow food” served with a hint of misery please visit KFC Albufeira.

Nothing about that on menu? Between them they made a total mess of our order, we didn't get what we asked for, I was charged for 2 Pepsi's, at €2.60 each, we ordered shakes which we were charged for, got 1 queried it got shake wanted paying again showed receipt, but didn't get €5.20 back over charged, had the fries with bacon, was just partly raw bacon fat dreadful, the chicken? We got was overcooked dry not what we ordered, there are lots of lovely cafes bars in this area much cheaper better food, KFC was partner's choice, we were ripped off hungry food was inedible, staff clueless. I worked in catering for over 40 years including manager at KFC, definitely need intensive staff training or maybe new staff.AVOID!!!!

I still find it funny how I can order... read more Can only say that we called in today and it was quiet but it is November. Our service was quick and simple with no issues. I still find it funny how I can order a beer here but not in the UK. Overall our experience was positive.
