At first felt... read more Came in here on a Tuesday night in October as a family of 4 as most restaurants around Guia were quiet and this small restaurant was fairly full. At first felt a little awkward as it was clear it was all locals but hugely surprised with good quality food and amazingly good prices. Limited menu but family of 4 had mains desserts wine and several other drinks, all for 60 €.

Very traditional Portuguese, menu small but what they do... read more Despite coming to Guia for many years we have not eaten here before. Very surprised at how good it was. Very traditional Portuguese, menu small but what they do they do very well. Service good, prices cheap and the restaurant was very clean. First class, would rate it quite highly.

The tomato salad is a must and being a typical “algarvian ” dish it is served to you as well. The fried potatoes are amazing and even knowing you do not want them, you will end up eating them : The chicken is very small (which, by the way, is expected but extremely tender,tasty and juicy. You can also spice it up with their own spicy sauce.

There is a very limited menu, once again more suited to the locals. After a fairly rushed meal, we left. Not for us.
