I’ve been to pubs and Michelin star restaurants and I can safely say this was one of the worst I’ve experienced …. Smoke and mirrors from the off.. promised a full meal of fish, meats, rice, fries, which never materialised. Waiter was attentive for 10 mins as our drinks were served then disappeared like a magician,.,, Didn’t come back to see if we needed any more drinks (and we would have) … didn’t have a scooby (great bar up the road that I would recommend in a heartbeat over this place) do what was going on …. In fairness the Fish was lovely but the only bright part in a very underwhelming experience. To sum up … great location …Over priced, rubbish service … would strongly advise not to waste your money … scooby’s up the road is much better

Especially if you’re there for the first time! There’s no prices listed or a menu. They just makeup a price. They don’t weigh the fish in front of you. And if you’re there for the first time they simply doesn’t say anything about how it works! We asked if the fish comes with side dishes, they say it comes with salad and potatoes. At payment you also do have to pay for each side dish. Normally and at every single restaurant we went every side dish is included. We ate at better restaurants even with desserts for €63. Here we paid €236 for only 2 fish , side dishes and WATER! They are not michelin and for a fish like Dorade it’s just a scam. Beware of this place!!!!

My best friend and I were greeted... read more I’m not exaggerating when I say that this was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten in my life and the service was top notch. My best friend and I were greeted by such professional and friendly staff after dropping in around 9 PM without a reservation. The stunning restaurant is located on the beach! I can only imagine how it must look during the day. We were asked to select our desired meal from a beautiful assortment of fresh seafood displayed on ice. We ordered prawns and squid for our starters and sea bass for our main entree. We feasted on delicious bread, olives and tuna spread as we sipped our glasses of delicious vinho verde. The prawns and squid were grilled in extra virgin olive oil with fresh garlic with the added squeeze of lemon, perfect in its simplicity. The side dish of herbal rice was a lovely compliment to our starters. The sea bass was served table side with savory potatoes. The crisp and refreshing side salad included giardiniera which elevated the flavor profile. The vegetables were beautifully displayed in the serving bowl making me feel like I was eating art. I wish I would have taken pictures! Do yourself a favor and go experience this outstanding restaurant!
