Chef's Peking Olhos D'Água - Albufeira

Eat here, it's fantastic. We ate here the two last nights of our stay. We would have eaten more here if we found it earlier. It is open until midnight. The two people I spoke with had very good English and were very good about gluten-free food and preparation. Many menu items can be adjusted for gluten-free. They have a separate gluten-free frit. They make batter from gluten-free potato starch. They are careful to prevent cross-contamination. Simply ask if the main menu item for gluten-free can be adjusted. Two of us are celiac and two "normal". We all enjoyed meals. We ate the following GF adjusted items: Pan Fried Chicken with sweet and acidic sauce, Hong Kong Style (i.e. the chicken is first fried in a GF-batter of potato starch), Article 40 on the menu. Chicken a little hard (can be overcooked) but still the best I had in five years since GF. Eggs of roasted rice. Chicken fried noodles, and King Prawn fried noodles with rice noodles adapted. Items 128 and 127. Pan Fried Chicken with pineapple. Absolutely fantastic. So delicious and delicate. Item 42. Only a product we asked could not be made gluten-free by the type of pot, in, Article 39 Deep-fried chicken with almonds in a lemon or orange sauce. Service was excellent.

Ate here a second time! Incredible food! Had orange chicken (breaded) and veggies and noodles. Even got to eat desert! Please support this business! The safest place we have eaten in algarve!

Amazing Chinese food. Able to eat about 90% of the menu!! The server is very knowledgeable.

Great food and service and nice to see as many recurring customers get a warm welcome as they arrived. I think they should promote their knowledge and wide range of gluten-free options more.
