On the first visit we had couvert, then shared an... read more Visited Cesar's with my husband, son and young grandson twice on our recent holiday over the Christmas period. On the first visit we had couvert, then shared an excellent selection of Tapas, followed by a chocolate pudding and ice cream, and coffees. We returned on our last evening in resort, and had the couvert, black pork chourico (as it was so good the first time), and main meals of prawn curry, lamb chops and bacalhau lagoreiro. As on our previous visits, all the meals were substantial and tasty. Sadly this fine restaurant is now closing, and the family are opening a new restaurant in Quarteira. We would like to wish all the best to Sonia, Paulo and Paulo jnr. and to say thanks for providing us with such great food and entertainment over this last year.

But what was a pleasure was t... read more We were staying at the Pine Cliffs Hotel and decided to walk over one evening for dinner. We had tapas and the food was very good. But what was a pleasure was the service very friendly, welcoming and we were even advised that we had ordered a bit too much for the two of us (we were a bit unsure about the portions and obviously had ordered way too much! This was a pleasant surprise since our experience is that we have to ask about the size of portions before being told that they might be large. Unfortunately the restaurant was closing down for vacation the day after we had been there, otherwise we would definitely have gone back there again for a meal

The food was thoroughly en... read more We had lunch yesterday at Cesar's (a group of 5 adults and 2 children). Excellent service, great presentation and lovely surrounding. The food was thoroughly enjoyed by all, steaks, cataplana and prawn curry were all delicious. The food was all piping hot, large portion sizes and presented beautifully. We will all definitely return.
