Subway - Albrightsville

I visit this Subway at least five times a month, and usually, the staff is friendly and eager to serve me. Today, however, was a different experience. A woman who I believe was the manager helped me with my order. She informed me that the toaster was broken, so my sandwich couldn't be toasted. Although I was frustrated, I was starving, so I continued with my order. I requested a spicy Italian 6-inch, which is the sandwich of the day. Instead of a reasonable amount of each ingredient, she gave me just a little bit of everything. When I asked for extra cheese, she told me I would have to pay extra since that was the standard amount for the sandwich. Then she tried to charge me for a regular 6-inch instead of the sandwich of the day, which meant she had to cancel the entire transaction and refund me the difference. If I hadn't pointed it out, I wouldn't have received my money back. Her demeanor was rude, and she clearly seemed unhappy in her job. Just a tip: if you don't enjoy your work, it might be time to consider a new position!

A kind gentleman let us use the restroom as we were heading into the Poconos. As for the food, I can't comment on that since I didn’t try any.

The staff is rude . Waited 30 minutes to be told he’s doing an online order and it’s going to take a while . The evening employees are too busy flirting with each other and running to the back to check their phones. Go eat some where else .
