Clearly, tha... read more I was denied any service at 11:23 PM, even though there was a sign in the window stating "Wild Bean Cafe and Fuel available from the night window." Clearly, that's not the case! This place isn't really 24-hour service, is it?

A wonderful staff member kindly lent me her personal phone, allowing me to reach out to a family member as well. I held onto her phone while I waited to receive updates from the AA. I can't express enough gratitude for her kindness. The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout my experience.

I had confirmed online that this location offered 24-hour service, so I decided to stop off the M54 during my work commute to grab some diesel and food. After filling up my car, I headed to the entrance, only to find the door locked. I approached the night hatch, where an employee was serving, and inquired why I couldn't enter to purchase food, given the 24-hour claim. He mumbled something I couldn't hear, and when I asked him for a bottle of Huel (which they sell), he simply said no. There were no other customers present at the time. This was very disappointing customer service, forcing me to seek another service station for my work food. This all happened around 5:40 AM on July 27, 2023, and it certainly didn't contribute to a positive start to my day.
