We really appreciated a check in at 2 in the night du... read more Very nice hotel with everything that you need. The checkin and checkout was very smooth with a kind staff. We really appreciated a check in at 2 in the night due to our flight arrival which was delayed. Different small gadgets as soap, combs, toothbrushes and other stuff is available at your arrival in the bathroom. The towels destined for the beach visits where highly appreciated. The housekeeping was perfect and refilled everthing that we needed each day. I can understand that some guests are frustated by the music from the beach club located in the area of the hotel, but the hotel staff can‘t do anything about it so it is unfair to take this into account when making the review. I also would like to mention that the windows are quit good isolated, so the music is not that loud when closing the window. The location of the hotel is also very nice, directly on the beach. All in all I would highly recommend hotel Neptuno and I would definetly come back to the hotel to also make use of the breakfast and try the spa, which I did not make use of this time. We were aware of 2 set menus for the and politely enquired if the non fis... read more We had a table booked for 5.30pm on new years eve as that was the only time available. We were aware of 2 set menus for the and politely enquired if the non fish eaters could get some startes from the vegetarian menu. The older waiter acted like we had asked him to solve world peace waving his arms a out and being extremely rude. I told him is shouldn't be an issue considering the me us are already prepared for the night and also had to argue that he go and ask the chef if it was the huge problem he made it out to be. There was nobody else in the restaurant at the time. The chef was very obliging and gave us some fantastic food. Unfortunately runpelstillskin and his cohorts couldn't wait to get us out standing over us while we ate and whipping plates away before we were finished. The waiting staff could wait to get us out. Food qas nice the waiting staff absolutely atrocious rude and unkempt.
