The food was delightful and very fresh. My bacon ranch burger was excellent. The staff seemed to be managing well, though it felt a bit hectic. The lobby was empty, and I don’t remember seeing many cars in the drive-thru, but I could be mistaken. Unfortunately, the lobby was not very clean, with all the available tables appearing dirty.

Went there tonight to get food, drive through broken so we had to go inside. Ordered our food to go, we had 4 meals ordered. Got home to eat and half of our order was missing and the sandwiches were done poorly and wrong. Albion Dairy Queen has gone down hill and doesn’t have employees that care enough about their business. We are extremely disappointed and we will never be returning to DQ. Kudos to Kyle! The ice was out in the soda machine, but when we informed him, he promptly went and refilled it.
Order #2: I received Order #1 instead. I paid $12.96 for a large, but the menu board said it was $7.69. They really need to update the pricing on the drive-thru board—maybe they could use a label maker. Also, was there a 12-year-old working the drive-thru?
One of the slowest DQs, doesn't matter what time of day you go they are gonna be slow.
Great food and service but it was very hot in the dining room so I ate in my truck. Bonus for class B cdl drivers... your straight truck can fit behind the building or across the street while you eat.
