Not sure why I was charged an extra $0.30 on top on my shake charge?

Worst Dairy Queen in the area. Understaffed and the food was barely edible.

As a customer I haven't had many issues as far as using drive-thru and my order being right. However as a dasher it's a different story. It's hit and miss when I come here if the order is ready or if they even acknowledge I exist. Yes that is what I said. The last time I tried to pick a order up here I stood there for 10 minutes and waited for someone to acknowledge me or talk to me to see what I wanted or needed. That never happened. Employees walked in front of me and were in my line of sight but never once gave me an opportunity to let them know I was there for a DoorDash order. I guess I might have better luck using drive through instead of going in the lobby because at least they have to talk to me then lol.

I paid $8.87 for chicken strip basket in fort wayne , but then went to the one in town and this place charged me a $1.00 more. Why? I went the same day 45 min later.
