This place is one of the best around. The manager, assistant manager, and staff are all very friendly. Their subs are some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I would rate this place zero stars if I could. I experienced the worst customer service I've had in a year! The staff on duty on August 28, 2022, around 4:35 PM, were especially rude, particularly a heavier blonde woman. Her attitude was both disrespectful and ignorant!
For goodness' sake, please make sure to get our order right! When people are spending their hard-earned money here, it's important to pay attention to their requests. Thank you! (We ordered two subs.) It seems that subs are a recurring problem.
I ordered three subs today, but unfortunately, two of them were incorrect. One had ingredients I didn't request and was missing what I did ask for. The other sub also didn't fulfill my complete order. The person who prepared my subs was named Alexis.
