Pinocchio Pizza - ALBION PARK

After relocating from Sydney to the South a few years ago, we had only ever ordered pizzas from the larger chains. We are pleased that we decided to try Pinocchio's, as they serve delicious pizzas with a generous amount of toppings (truly appetizing). Furthermore, the staff is exceptional - friendly and very accommodating.

Overall impressed with the service and how this was handled. Our order was running late, I called the store and was advised my order was on the way, we then identifed my ordered had been taken down incorrectly, the polite staff member fixed this and promptly had the correct order made and delivered to us. I think the way a business deals with a problem speakers volumes, our order was comped and the pizza was lovely, had it not been for the incorrect order/delay this would be a 5 star rating.

Ordering online is easy and pickup times are accurate. The gluten-free options are excellent, and the pizza is both fresh and delicious. However, the garlic bread could be improved as it seems to be cooked in bulk rather than made fresh with each order.

The best pizzas are always ordered from this restaurant, highly recommended and very affordable. The staff is great.
