Mcdonald's - ALBION PARK RAIL

Let me with them a little ditty about our recent trip to albion park mcdonalds. now in the fan of mcdonalds, in fact...ive had it 6 days straight now, not specifically from these mcdonalds, but let them just say I am well qualified for this review. 1:06 pm, we enter the laufwerk thru, they lie immediately! when you say there are no frappes, but later even more. the transaction went smooth, true ozeane 11 style...as always the machine said hahn and pa instead of typing and paying. pa! what is that anyway? that was the first sign of incompetence. next window for food exchange. this was really going south. they have coked the driver, permanently staining his brand new short. what looked nice until it was made by the koks. we were willing to overlook the chase damage... but then they have our order before all. I do not come to the maklers to be ashamed of our order. then we were pushed into the waiting line. but what we were waiting for was not worth it. we opened the crates to find two fladening burgers with cheese fruit (see picture) this wild cheese welded the burger to the side of the box. Now I bet you're asking yourself about this one. let's just say how we ate our meal when a worker escaped from the building. you suspected it. a frappe! and just to rub it in her came over our car like a lost child and asked if this was our job. you are reproducing. technically it was our order. but unfortunately we have denied politely. there must be good people in this world. overall a great experience would come back. thanks to

This restaurant in the Illawarra is by far the worst I have been to. I ordered chicken at 4 o'clock and was told they still had it, but then informed there would be a 3 minute wait until the next window. Despite placing my order, they later said they couldn't make it all at once, even though they initially said they could. The lack of communication and poor customer service skills were frustrating enough, but then our order had to be changed to accommodate their limitations. When we finally received our meal, the double cheeseburger was greasy and overcooked, and the banana bread was cold and undercooked. The night shift staff seemed lazy and indifferent, even though we were the only customers in the drive-through. Overall, a disappointing and unenjoyable experience.

We waited for 40 minutes without being acknowledged or communicated with by the staff. A driver came after an hour of waiting for our food, only to be told by the workers that they had it ready for him an hour ago. After 40 minutes of waiting, a manager finally approached us to take our order. Throughout this time, our food sat half finished and no one checked on us or called out our number. The manager seemed disorganized and the employees appeared confused, not informing customers of what was happening or taking orders efficiently. It was a frustrating experience at this classic fast food restaurant.
