The best burger in Brianza? Well for us yes, that of @daibraviragazzi to today is it! Specialized in cooking fat meat the concept is a food track that runs every day and also offers catering preparing gourmet hamburgers in street food key. The choice is not much, but every proposal is desired, we wanted to dare and we took the “Panchetta” with Scottona 200g, crispy bacon, alpe cheese, salad and tomato and then the “Un Mutuo” with 200g Scottona, pure vignola cherries, goat’s camembert and salad. Not happy though the big boss wanted us to try a third sandwich, the “Blue Stilton” always 200g of Scottona but served with blue Stilton cheese in almost mousse, composed of figs and ginger, salad and walnut granella. At the end of the whole we looked at and said “what a damn bomb” every ingredient was perfectly matched with the meat closed in different types of bread that hit us so much. As said at the beginning of the post, they move weekly and every Monday they share their itinerary, we recommend to follow them on IG to stay up to date, for our part, we hope to be able to come back soon really!

We gave Luca and his good boys the menu of our wedding. They arrive in the place indicated in advance, in a very short time they prepare a posture worthy of a FOODSTOCK, smiling kind and helpful, split of taste, split of quality, split of quantity, split with perfection in times and have a respect and care towards intolerance in a maniacal way. Fucking rocky tastes to lose our heads! We chose them not because we thought they were the best but because we were CERTIES THAT THE FOSS! In the classic weddings guests wait for the endless end of the banquet, in our instead we had the boys who threw out their screaming tramezzi and a raclette to lose our head while waiting for their ordination. They managed a wedding from 90 people by making the guests choose, yes, you have understood well, our marriage was made to LA CARTE! and only professionals as they could perfectly manage such a situation! They have made our marriage an event to remember, our friends and relatives have lost their heads for the idea but above all because they have finally handed to God for a MATRIMONIO! As from title, I discovered Dai Bravi Ragazzi just over a year... I still remember the first bites to those fantastic sandwiches, never eaten so good. After all this time, after so many other burgers eaten (and made a little more experience), I can only confirm my point of view. _ Quality, Quantity, Commodities, Arrangements, Price. I don't know what to say if you don't look at the pictures of their fantastic sandwiches.
