Excellent restaurant. Excellent kitchen. Very friendly and very attentive staff.

On the way to Albi, we stopped at the Sommelier Table for lunch. First we were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the place and the quality of the reception. We have lunched on the covered and air-conditioned terrace which in the middle of the particle is a luxury of first. For the aperitif a Gaillac effervescent and a Truffle kir! A great idea, the more the truffle infuse the more she gets... When at lunch no false note in all areas taste, presentation, service. An address to be noted in your directory of good tables.

A must-see place in Albi for any wine lover. A very beautiful wine map with local references (Gaillac) and all the other regions of France. Including some fairly rare references to affordable prices, which is even more rare. In addition, it is possible to buy wine and spirits at the restaurant, which I have done with pleasure among the many bottles available for sale. For the kitchen, no disappointment. Quality and fresh products, well presented. Mastered cooking, fair seasonings. Several lunch menus, including one with wine chords. Correct rates.
