Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

They need to put more sauce on their pizza. I even ordered extra sauce the last two times I went and the pizza was still basically just cheese and toppings with a little sauce towards the edge. I had no problems at other Papa Murphys in the past sonot sure if the company decided to start skimping on the sauce or if this location is just bad about it.

Excellent PM location. Pizza was well constructed with ample toppings. Ordered the thin crust which baked up perfectly. The sausage was pleasantly spicy. Crew was pleasant when picking up.

First of all, their card machine was out of order, as indicated on a napkin in orange marker. Additionally, their online ordering system was not operational. The pizzas were made incorrectly, and overall, I was not impressed.

I visited on Tuesday when large pizzas are supposed to be $10.99, but I've been charged full price twice for my order. Each time I brought up the discount, the staff just stared at me. The pizza is generally quite good, but the restaurant itself is often very messy.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The customer service was poor and the teenage staff seemed unmanaged. They lost all online orders and we waited an entire hour in a packed store before anyone even checked on us. When we finally received our pre-ordered pizza after that wait, our orders were still incorrect. This seems to be becoming a regular issue. The pizza itself is good—it's tough to mess up pizza—but if customer service is important to you, I recommend choosing a different Papa Murphy's.
