Ichiban Grill - Albertville

Food great, but my wife asked for no cucumber on her rolls. Sent it back to be fixed and they sent it back with cucumber still inside the rolls. They also brought my food out long before hers, and made her wait. Terrible service. Only thing holding the place together is the food.

Why offer online ordering or pickup service if you don’t answer the phone and you turn off the online option but when I walk in there is barely anyone there and the workers are just standing there laughing and talking

The chicken was fabulous but the rest of my food tasted like seafood an fish. Other than that good .

The staff here have been incredibly disrespectful over my past several visits. I'm not sure what changed, but the atmosphere is atrocious. This place has some good food, but there's no excuse for treating anyone rudely or with any disrespect. Also, the wait time is long for the food, and even the quoted wait time is wrong. I have placed several orders and been told they would be ready in 30-45mins. Where I have caught myself waiting for over an hour and a half for multiple visits. Therefore, this is not a lunch place, and honestly, it shouldn't be a dinner one either. If you want hibachi, just go to Sakura in Guntersville. This place has some great people and amazing food.

Food is better than average hibachi fare. (For fast food Prices are acceptable for today 's economy. The portions are generous. There is no table service you order at the counter and pick your food up when your number is called. Casual atmosphere. Service is a bit slow, but each order is prepared fresh, so the wait was not a problem. I ordered small combination fried rice, and it could have easily fed two small appetites. Young front counter staff, not terribly polite or respectful. Good food, so so service.
