This Caribou drive through is SLOW. I’ve been here a handful of times and no matter the number of cars in front of you, you will end up waiting an annoying amount of time. If you do make it to the window, it’s 50/50 if your order will be right. I’ve even received a larger size drink than ordered and was told I could wait even longer for a remake. How about refund me for your mistake and release me from this agonizing line? The card reader will be shoved in your face, via a long pole, asking for a tip after your long wait. Why they continue this practice after the pandemic, I’m unsure There’s a caribou down the road at the Coborns if you want drive through coffee and better yet a Starbucks in the outlet mall if you want to ditch the bou! 20 minutes in the drive thru line to end up with the wrong coffee. Second time in three trips they have not gotten the order right. And each time they repeated it back to me so idk what is going on here...but never returning to this location.
