I placed an online order, but I was in a rush and noticed a long line at the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside to get my food faster. Unfortunately, despite informing the staff of my online order, they never attended to me and it took over 10 minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. I eventually left without receiving my food. I can never get an Icee at this place! They always claim that the machine is broken.
