The biscuits were excellent, and the pinto beans were delicious as well. The chicken tasted great, but I had to substitute the breast for thighs since it was still cooking, which would have taken an additional seven minutes. Overall, the food was flavorful, and the servers were prompt and polite. View all feedback.

I eat at Bojangles quite frequent but tonight I had a few issues.Service was exceptional as always but when I came to the window and observed a spray bottle on backline makeup table and the cook throwing a plastic bag at the cashier I was a little concerned,then to top that a cashier went to backline and proceeded to use her fingers to stuff food from the prep area into her mouth and then hand me my order while tryin... The food was really good but the service wasn't. I would like to know why you don't send out any more coupons? At the beginning when you first opened you put coupons on here but then you just stopped. You would get more business if you would send out coupons every once in a while but that's just my opinion.
Matthew was an amazing manager and customer service rep. The staff under his leadership went above and beyond to accommodate us quickly and efficiently and the food was amazing! Hot, fresh, cooked to order and smiles all around!!
Love me a few Bo friends! Chicken fingers, freeze, drink, and cookies were also really good!!
