Dunkin' - Albertson
Dunkin'
Description
Dunkin' Donuts experiences can vary significantly by location. While some patrons rave about exceptional service, fresh food, and friendly staff, others encounter poor management, incorrect orders, and unclean environments. A few locations are praised for their inviting ambiance and swift service, making them ideal for quick coffee breaks or casual meetings. However, certain sites suffer from rude employees and longer wait times, leading to dissatisfaction among customers. Overall, while some Dunkin' establishments shine with quality offerings and a welcoming atmosphere, others leave much to be desired, highlighting the inconsistency that can be found across the brand.

Terrible service, I went today with my family, the place was so messy and the boys so rude! Without gloves, he threw the bag of donuts at me. He grabbed a spoon of ice cream and ate it in front of me! Terrible, I'll never come back
Time to review this DD location since it is my regular stop for coffee and a bagel on my way to the office. (Even though I do not go into the office on a regular basis. I like the fact that there is both street parking on the street and in their lot. This makes for an easy in and out. The store is pretty large and bright, and there is plenty of places to sit and meet up with your friends or business associates, though it's a little different today with the social distancing, which by the way is clearly marked on the floor. Both a DD and Baskin Robbins ice cream are available here. That makes this store busy all year-round. It's always the same here. The woman takes your order and gives you the coffee... you walk to the back of the counter to pick up your prepared food, even a buttered bagel. Fortunately, they move pretty quickly here, unless... the person ordering is doing so for their 12 friends. I am always impressed that I am greeted with a smile and a hello. They handle the morning crowd well and I really enjoy their bagels and hot food. Looks like they found a good formula here and work very hard to always follow the model... KUDOs to the team here...
I figured I might as well review this Dunkin' seeing how my Saturday mornings (or Wednesday evenings) have brought me this way quite a bit recently. I mean, this review was very spur of the moment so I have no pictures to share, no tips to give. Hey, I barely have a review to write (for me anyway), but there's enough to say about this Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins combo to fill several lines. We can start there, at dessert, as many of the Dunkin's I frequent are coffee only, so having that ice cream portion is always nice, even if I never (literally never) used its services. It is worth noting that this Dunkin's ice cream display apparently spews off pieces of ice on its exterior side right by where you stand to pick up your coffee. The other day, I noticed a nice puddle on the floor with a Titanic-sinking-size piece of ice in the middle of it. I picked the piece up and threw it out, but hey, I'm not there everyday to save the day/stop a lawsuit. Beyond this safety hazard, the Dunkin' itself is sufficiently nice. There are several tables and an almost cozy (emphasis on almost) feel to where they're located. There's often a line, but it does (usually) move quickly. A few times there seemed to be a little more conversing behind the counter than coffee-making, but for the most part things progress forward at a respectable America-runs-on-Dunkin' pace. Overall, I'd say this Dunkin' lands around the 3 1/2 star realm when you look at all aspects. Four stars isn't out of the question with its ice cream factor and spacious setup. Though after visiting this morning and seeing more ice on the side of that display case, I'm heading south to three stars. Time will tell (from these new occasional visits) whether star totals will head northward.
